Our free-ranging flocks have plumped up naturally from a hearty diet foraging on natural pastures to enhance the flavour. We use heritage breed free-range Bronze turkeys, dressed for a professional finish, with ample breast meat and plenty of dark meat too. The diet these birds enjoy makes for free-range turkey with a difference and a roast that's a joy to serve and share with loved ones. The essential giblets are included allowing you to make a proper tasting gravy.
This product is frozen and will defrost whilst in transit to you. Ensure this product is thoroughly defrosted before cooking. We strongly recommend cooking within 24 hours for best quality. This product must not be refrozen.
