Description

This ample free-range turkey galantine - a classic method for deboning & stuffing whole birds - combines flavoursome dark and light meat with the irresistible aroma and flavour of cranberry and caramelised red onion, overlaid by the dry-cured streaky bacon. The whole bird is skilfully boned by our master butcher and filled with a stuffing of festive sweet flavours ready for roasting. This is a chef-prepared turkey centrepiece that allows you to get the perfect finish on the leg meat; all that is required is roasting at home for an aromatic and warmly satisfying centrepiece that's easy to carve. Be sure to consult our cooking instructions, and pair with sauces from our pantry.

This product is frozen and will defrost whilst in transit to you. Ensure this product is thoroughly defrosted before cooking. We strongly recommend cooking within 24 hours for best quality. This product must not be refrozen.

Our whole turkey galantines are made from free-range birds, expertly prepared and hand-dressed, before being stuffed in exotic ingredients and wrapped in bacon. This is an easy-to-carve option for the table and is increasingly popular with F&Co customers over the festive season.
