Our traditional breakfast banger made with Yorkshire free-range pork, perfect for those who appreciate a larger sausage in their breakfast sarnie. The rich quality of the pork ensures plenty of robust flavour for a sausage butty or to pair with other stalwarts of a cooked breakfast, while the fine texture promises classic eating quality. Perfect for sausage casseroles, toad in the hole or old-school bangers & mash, ensuring maximum flavour & succulence.

Shelf life: minimum 3 days.

How to cook the breakfast sausages

Let your sausages come to room temperature before cooking. Preheat the pan with a fine film of oil, though not too hot as this could cause the sausages to explode. Don't overcrowd the cooking base, and cook through on a medium heat, until rich in colour, caramelised and firm to touch.

Alternatively, you can also preheat your air fryer to 200°C and cook for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown or thoroughly cooked.
