Description

A rich gravy, full-bodied in flavour and perfect to pair with any of our fantastic roasting joints and all the trimmings. This is a restaurant-quality gravy made from roasted chicken bones, slow-simmered for hours before grass-fed beef and aromatic vegetables are added for a further slow simmer. The result is an outstanding rich gravy that promises the savoury accompaniment to your roast dinner, the perfect all-rounder.

To cook, simply simmer over a medium heat for a few minutes or deglaze your roasting tray for an enriched gravy.

Shelf life: minimum 3 days.

Ingredients: chicken stock (77%) (water, chicken carcass (24%), onion, chicken wings (5%), carrot, celery, leek, chicken schmaltz (0.2%), garlic, tarragon, thyme, salt, bay leaf, pepper), beef trim, onion, carrot, celery, gluten-free plain flour:( rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat), thyme, rosemary, salt, white pepper, bay leaf, modified starch.
