At the heart of the meal is our hand-tied topside joint, carefully selected for its rich flavour and tenderness, ready to be roasted to perfection. Paired with Farmison & Co. beef dripping for the crispiest roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding batter for beautifully puffed puds, and a traditional roast gravy to bring it all together, this bundle ensures a meal that feels indulgent but is simple to prepare. And for the finishing touch, we've included Tracklements Strong Horseradish, adding just the right amount of heat to complement the beef.
