Description
Our grass-fed beef dripping roasting potatoes have been developed by our in house chef using the famed Koffmann potatoes. They are crispy on the outside whilst light and fluffy in the middle, and not to mention fuss-free. The potatoes have been par-steamed before being doused in a generous coating of British beef dripping, meaning all you have to do is pop them in the oven for the perfect accompaniment to your roast dinner.
There may be slight discolouration on potatoes due to oxidisation. This is a normal trait of part cooked potatoes which does not affect the flavour, appearance or eating qualities of this product once cooked. Not suitable for freezing.
All of our Christmas range delivered between the 19th Dec to 23rd Dec is guaranteed to stay fresh until Boxing Day *except products containing pastry which are pre-frozen. 48 hour deliveries (Highlands & Islands) may have a shorter life depending on dispatch times.
