Our free-ranging flocks have plumped up naturally all autumn from a hearty diet foraging on natural pastures to enhance the flavour. We use heritage breed free-range Bronze turkeys, dressed for a professional finish, with ample breast meat and plenty of dark meat too. The diet these birds enjoy makes for free-range turkey with a difference and a roast that's a joy to serve and share with loved ones. The essential giblets are included allowing you to make a proper tasting gravy while being sure to serve with all the trimmings for a traditional festive spread. Prior to cooking, massage your turkey centrepiece with our exclusive F&Co Sea Salt & Aromatic Herb Butter to enhance the flavour and succulence.
All of our Christmas range delivered between the 19th Dec to 23rd Dec is guaranteed to stay fresh until Boxing Day *except products containing pastry which are pre-frozen. 48 hour deliveries (Highlands & Islands) may have a shorter life depending on dispatch times.
