Our mutton is from sheep in their prime, who have matured on wild grazing and foraging. This imbues the meat with rich and succulent character, ideal for eating with savoury suet, making our pudding a must try. Serve with buttered cabbage hearts for an easy mid-week meal or an indulgent weekend treat.
