Description

Typically eaten earlier in the hunting season, partridge tends to be leaner than pheasant or mallard, though still boasts a fantastic and indulgent game taste and delicious texture, making for superb autumnal centrepieces. Marinated in our chef-prepared Indian spice, with brown sugar, sea salt and chilli flakes for a warming rub that compliments the taste of the partridge, the perfect combination. All our game birds are wild and caught sustainably.
