Our chef-prepared haggis is traditionally made by hand and promises the essential savoury flavour and nutty texture, ideal for a memorable Burns Night supper. The haggis itself is made up of 'sheep's pluck,' that is, the offal from our lambs, to which minced onion, pinhead oatmeal, suet, spices and homemade stock are added and filled into a natural beef bung casing. Pair with our whisky cream sauce and traditional accompaniments of crushed neeps and plain boiled tatties, to make your Burn's Night meal a memorable feast. Don't forget to raise a dram of whisky to the great Rabbie Burns.
