Description

The succulent loin of Christmas pork is French-trimmed and stuffed with our apple sausagemeat stuffing. This infuses the centrepiece with fruity & festive flavour to complement the savoury quality of the free-range pork, with notes of pimento, pepper, coriander and nutmeg. The French trimming of the rib makes for an easy carve and eye-catching finish, with a rib per serving and the essential crackling.
