Description

Our Diane Sauce is a rich, creamy classic, expertly curated by our Executive Chef, Jeff Baker, to complement your favourite cuts of steak, such as sirloin steaks, rib eyes, and chateaubriand, or even chicken supremes. With its deep and indulgent flavours, this sauce is made with a base of velvety cream, featuring earthy chestnut mushrooms, the subtle heat of Dijon mustard, and a splash of brandy for a touch of sophistication. The addition of Henderson's Relish adds a unique tangy depth, while the carefully crafted chicken stock brings a savoury backbone to the sauce.

To cook, reheat thoroughly over a medium heat, stirring occasionally. Please note, dish is not included and is for display purposes only.

Shelf life: minimum 3 days.

Ingredients: chicken stock (water, chicken bones, onion, celery, carrot, garlic, tomato puree, sunflower oil, black pepper, thyme, bay leaf), cream (milk), chestnut mushroom, dijon mustard (water, spirit vinegar, brown mustard seeds, sea salt), brandy (sulphites), hendersons relish (water, spirit vinegar, sugar, colour - caramel e150c, sugar syrup, salt, tamarinds, acetic acid - acid, cayenne pepper, cloves, sweetener - saccharin, garlic oil).
