A unique fusion of two exceptional heritage breeds, our limited-run Dexter & Middle White Peppercorn Sausage brings together the rich, grass-fed flavour of Dexter beef-a native British breed known for its deep, well-marbled meat-and the tender succulence of Middle White pork, prized for its sweet, delicate taste. Seasoned with a touch of peppery warmth, these sausages offer a beautifully balanced bite with a satisfying snap.

The Middle White pork is sourced exclusively from The Nook Farm, where the Harrison family farm regeneratively to produce exceptional, sustainable meat. Perfect for grilling, roasting, or pan-frying, they make a standout choice for a hearty breakfast, classic sausage and mash, or a gourmet sandwich.

It's good to eat and enjoy heritage breed meat from British breeds, showing farmers that there is a market for their herds and flocks and encourage them to rear them. Without a demand for their meat, many breeds would die out altogether. When intensive farming reigned unchallenged in the second half of the last century, many of our traditional breeds all but disappeared because they don't take kindly to factory farming. We want to change this and help more people realise that we need to safeguard the natural biodiversity of our farm animals and to demand meat with intrinsic flavour that comes from higher welfare systems. All of our meat fits that bill perfectly.
