As part of our Sous Vide by Farmison & Co range, our in-house chef Jeff Baker uses a traditional French technique, sous vide, to slowly cook the leg meat to perfection. Easy for you at home, simply roast for 25 minutes until the meat falls off the bone.

Our ducks are sourced from traditional poultry farms, where the birds mature slowly at their own natural pace on rich, hearty diets. The duck legs are then expertly cut by hand from the bird to yield a neat joint for the best flavour and succulence. A year round favourite and a staple of top restaurant menus.
