This fully prepared partridge puts true emphasis on what the game season is all about, with a winter spiced seasoning neatly wrapped in bacon, tied and ready for roasting. Small in size but rich in flavour, this bird promises tender dining whether in individual portions or as a starter for two, with a specially crafted winter spice to infuse the meat with festive, cinnamon and nutmeg flavour.
