Preheat a heavy based frying pan over medium heat & apply a
thin film of oil, don't get this too hot as this could cause the
sausages to explode.
Place the sausages in a even layer then cook thoroughly,
turning regularly until rich in colour, around 8-9 minutes , they
should be caramelised and firm to touch.
Leave to rest in a warm place at least 3 to 4 minutes.
