Remove the chorizo from the packaging and cut the links using a
pair of sharp scissors.
Heat a heavy based frying pan over high heat, add a drop of
olive oil, and fry the chorizo for 3 to 4 minutes until nicely
coloured and the oil starts to seep out a little. Then add the
onion and peppers, and toss together for a couple more
minutes.
To finish pour the vinegar and honey on the base of the pan and
toss over high heat until the chorizo are sticky and glazed.

Serve with drinks or with a steaming bowl of saffron scented
rice for a more substantial meal.
