A tasty Christmas side dish. A great alternative to traditional roast potatoes and a perfect pairing with Christmas turkey.
Method
Preheat oven to 180°c fan assisted or 200°c without a fan (gas
6).
Mix the schmaltz and miso into a paste.
Toss the artichokes in the paste mixture and sprinkle with a
little sea salt and thyme, then place onto a preheated roasting
tray and roast for 40 minutes until nut brown and tender, turning
after 20 minutes.

Perfect with roast Christmas
turkey and a great alternative to the more traditional
roasties.
