Remove your pigs in blankets from the packaging. Heat a heavy based non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. Brush with a thin film of oil. Add the pigs in blankets to the pan. Cook over a medium heat turning regularly until they reach a light golden colour, this should take around 5 to 6 minutes. Alternatively pop in a pre heated oven at 200°C or 220°C for a fan assisted oven (gas mark 7) and roast for 20 minutes until cooked through.
Serving suggestion Serve with roast turkey, goose or cockerel with traditional winter vegetables and cranberry sauce or simply enjoy as a snack over the festive period.
