Remove your meatballs from the packaging and remember to allow
them to reach room temperature before cooking.
Pre-heat a heavy based frying pan until it sizzles when a drop
of oil is added.
Lightly oil the pan with a little olive oil.
Don't overcrowd the cooking base, add the meatballs and gently
fry turning occasionally until coloured and cooked all the way
through, this should take 6 or 7 minutes.
Alternatively pop the meatballs in a oven proof dish, cover
with a rich tomato passata, add a few fresh basil leaves, top with
some mozzarella and bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes on
180°C.
Please ensure the meatballs are cooked through before
serving.
