This ample free-range turkey galantine - a classic method for
deboning & stuffing whole birds - combines flavoursome dark and
light meat with the irresistible aroma and flavour of cranberry and
caramelised red onion, overlaid by the
dry-cured streaky bacon. The whole bird is skilfully boned by
our master butcher and filled with a stuffing of festive sweet
flavours ready for roasting. This is a chef-prepared turkey
centrepiece that allows you to get the perfect finish on the leg
meat; all that is required is roasting at home for an aromatic and
warmly satisfying centrepiece that's easy to carve. Be sure to
