They set out to produce the best tasting beef in the UK through farming sustainably, prioritising animal welfare and partnering with some of Britain's best farmers, working in harmony with the UK climate and topography.
All their Wagyu cattle are produced in a grass based, slow growing system using full-blood Wagyu genetics.
