No, it's completely free to join. Simply place orders to meet the criteria for your tier.

5. What are the tiers and their benefits?

Bronze: Spend £80 in a rolling three-month period to receive 5% off future orders.

Silver: Spend £120 in a rolling three-month period to receive 10% off future orders.

Gold: Spend £160 in a rolling three-month period to receive 15% off future orders.

6. How is my tier calculated?

Your tier is based on your total spend over the previous three months. Cancelled orders are deducted from your spend total.

If you want to use your tier discount, it cannot be combined with other promotional offers. However, you can choose to use offer promotions instead of your tier discount, but this will remove the tier discount from your order. You can still purchase discounted products or bundles while enjoying your tier benefits.

13. What happens if I cancel an order?
