Sweet & Sour Pork Collar - Sous Vide ingredients: pork (83%), sweet & sour sauce (17%) (pineapple juice (juice from concentrate), tomato ketchup (tomato purée, sugar, spirit vinegar, modified maize starch, salt, onion powder, flavouring, garlic powder, spices), brown sugar, rice wine vinegar 90% (water, glutinous rice, wheatbran, sugar, salt), tomato paste (tomato paste, salt), cornstarch, soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt), ginger, garlic powder.

Hirata Bao Buns ingredients: wheat flour (with calcium, iron, niacin, thiamine), water, sugar, vegetable shortening (palm oil, rapeseed oil), baking powder (sodium pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate; fortified wheat flour (with calcium, iron, niacin, thiamine), yeast, salt, bread improver: l-ascorbic acid (e300).

XO sauce ingredients: soybean, oil, dried shrimps (15%), dried scallops (10%), chilli peppers, shallots, dehydrated garlic, yeast extract (yeast extract, water, salt), sugar, salt, spices, flavour enhancers (disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate).

Products are manufactured on a site which handles milk, egg, soya, mustard, sesame, celery, fish, shrimp, scallops, soybean, wheat & sulphites.
