Complete with ten fluffy bao buns and a tangy, umami-packed tonkatsu sauce, it's perfect for creating gourmet bites with ease. Impress your guests with tender Wagyu slices, nestled in bao buns and drizzled with bold, flavorful sauce.

Shelf life: minimum 3 days.

Yorkshire Wagyu Fillet With Black Garlic Koji ingredients: (98%), kagoshima black garlic, malted rice, salt, alcohol.

Hirata Bao Buns ingredients: wheat flour, water, sugar, yeast, palm oil, coconut oil, starch, salt.

Tonkatsu Sauce ingredients: fruits and vegetables (tomato, onion, apple, garlic), sugar, rice and cane vinegar, water, salt, red wine, yeast extract, spices (black pepper, mace, clove, thyme, sage, bay leaf, coriander, cumin celery, allspice berries, white pepper, chilli, cassava starch, cassava dextrin, corn powder), soy sauce (soybeans, wheat, salt) seasoning (wheat, yeast extract, dextrin), thickener E1422.
