Whole Peking Duck - Sous Vide ingredients: Duck 94.33%, peking sauce 5.67% (soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt), black rice vinegar 90% (water, glutinous rice, wheat bran, sugar, salt), black treacle (cane molasses (contains sulphur dioxide), star anise, salt, pepper.

Hoi sin sauce ingredients: sugar, water, fermented soybean paste (water, salt, soybeans, wheat flour), salt, sweet potato powder, colour (plain caramel), modified corn starch, dehydrated garlic, sesame seed paste, spices, salted chilli peppers (chilli peppers, salt), acid (acetic acid).

Chinese pancake ingredients: wheat flour (with calcium, iron, niacin, thiamine), water, rapeseed oil, salt.

Products are manufactured on a site which handles milk, egg, soya, mustard, sesame, celery, fish, shrimp, scallops, soybean, wheat & sulphites.
