The Middle White breed, renowned for its succulent, well-marbled pork, is slow-reared on the lush pastures of Nook Farm using regenerative farming practices, ensuring exceptional depth of flavour in every bite.

Expertly seasoned with a blend of sage and warming spices, these sausages embody the rich culinary heritage of Lincolnshire. Their coarse-cut texture and natural casing deliver a satisfying bite, making them perfect for a classic full English breakfast, a comforting sausage casserole, or simply grilled and served with mustard mash.

An endangered breed, the Middle White is on the up, as smallholders and farmers embrace this wonderful creatures quality.
