Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. sea salt flakes
  • 1 tsp. freshly ground white pepper
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp. smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 2 tsp. muscavado sugar

Method

  1. Toss dry ingrediants over a low heat for 5 minutes in a dry non-stick pan
  2. Blitz with the sugar & garlic
  3. Rub into meats pre cooking
  4. Beef, venison, mutton, lamb, goat
  5. Bbq, roast, grill, griddle
