Ingredients

  • 75 g red miso paste (or yellow)
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 10 ml mirin
  • 5 ml rice vinegar
  • 10 g dark brown sugar
  • 5 ml light sesame oil
  • 10 ml soy sauce
  • 75 ml water

Method

  1. Place all ingrediants into a saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes until thick and glossy then chill
  2. Can be stored up to 1 month in a chiller
  3. Brush over meat pre cooking, then re glaze meat once finished cooking
  4. Beef, pork, venison
  5. Bbq, grill, roast, griddle
