Our rib pack size is an estimate as we need to manage the carcass balance on this product. From time to time, your ribs may arrive in varying sizes, but always the weight ordered.
This product is frozen and will defrost whilst in transit to you. Ensure this product is thoroughly defrosted before cooking. We strongly recommend cooking within 24 hours for best quality. This product must not be refrozen.

About the cut
Also known as back ribs or loin ribs, baby back pork ribs are cut from the top of the rib cage between the spine and the spare ribs, and just below the loin muscle. Typically in British butchery they are cut from market weight animals, rather than fully matured porkers, and unlike other rib cuts have meat between the bones and on top of the bones, and tend to be shorter and more curved.

We want to change this by backing free range farming and helping more people realise that we need to safeguard the variety of our farms and to demand meat with intrinsic flavour that comes from higher welfare systems.
