- 50g Golden raisins
- 100g Plain seasoned flour
- 2 x Eggs mixed with a little milk
- 150g Panko Japanese breadcrumb
- Deep fat fryer with vegetable oil
Introduction
These fun Bon bons are great with drinks for a dinner party or go well garnishing any pork dishes or with a sharp seasonal fruit like Yorkshire rhubarb.Method
- Mix raisins with black pudding
- Divide into 25 grams balls, rolling in the palm of your hands to form perfect rounds
- Roll in flour then egg mixture and finally panko crumbs
