Our easy-carve free-range duck galantine is a whole bird, boned and stuffed with our celebratory winter spice fruit stuffing. Promising flavour and succulent texture, it is a popular alternative for your roast dinner. Stuffed with a sweet, festive stuffing, this compliments the natural savoury flavour of the duck and infuses into the meat as it cooks with classic caramelised red onion and black treacle. All of our Christmas range delivered between the 19th Dec to 23rd Dec is guaranteed to stay fresh until Boxing Day *except products containing pastry which are pre-frozen. 48 hour deliveries (Highlands & Islands) may have a shorter life depending on dispatch times.

Duck Galantine

A galantine is the stuffed whole bird, and is a favourite in French cuisine. Our duck galantines are made from free range birds, expertly prepared and hand-dressed, before being stuffed in plump winter fruits and wrapped in bacon. This is an easy-to-carve option for the Christmas table, and increasingly popular with F&Co customers over the festive season.

Your fresh meat delivery will arrive in a special stay-chilled insulated box, which will stay cold for up to 72 hours.

All our meat is fresh so it can be popped in the freezer if you don't need to use it straight away.
